Good questions
How much does it cost?
Running your event is free: guests share photos and you show them on the big screen. Afterwards, keep your photos with Basic ($29.95, every photo as a ZIP) or Premium ($99, plus a highlight reel video). It's a one-time payment per event, and if you don't need the photos, you don't pay anything.
Do my guests need to download an app or sign up?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera, and a web page opens where they can take or choose photos. They can add their name if they want credit on the big screen.
Who can see the photos?
You, anyone you give your private dashboard link to, and everyone watching the big screen. The guest page is only for sharing, so it doesn't show a gallery of everyone's photos. If you turn on approval, nothing appears on the screen until you say so.
How long are photos kept?
Your event takes photos for 48 hours after the first one arrives, or until you end it. Then you have 7 days to choose a plan, and we'll email you reminders. With Basic, photos are kept 30 days after the event; with Premium, 1 year. Otherwise they're deleted automatically. You can also delete an event yourself at any time.
How does the Premium highlight reel work?
After you choose Premium, we make a short video of your event from your guests' photos, usually within 48 hours, and email you when it's ready. It comes with its own page and QR code, so guests can watch and download it on their phones.
What if I'm not happy?
Email us within 14 days of buying a plan and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. If your Premium reel isn't delivered within 7 days, you get your money back too. See our terms.
What if the venue Wi-Fi is weak?
Guests can share over their own mobile data. Photos are resized on the phone before sending, so they upload quickly, and they retry by themselves if the connection drops.
Can I keep inappropriate photos off the screen?
Yes. Turn on "Approve photos before they show", and every photo waits in your dashboard until you approve it. You can also hide any photo that's already showing.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, in the phone's normal browser, such as Safari or Chrome. iPhone photos are converted automatically, so they show correctly everywhere.
